Breakfast. It is possible to eat everything in any quantities, except milk chocolate.
Lunch. For this meal all recipes of a diet minus 60 assume cooking or suppression. Mayonnaise and sour cream are resolved, but only till 14:00 and in limited quantity (1 tsp), also in a small amount it is possible to use vegetable oil and soy sauce. As a lunch any variations of sushi or sour-milk products will approach. The author of a diet reminds of what soups for a long time do not sate therefore does not recommend to be fond of them. If after all there is a wish to try soup, then preference should be given fast with potato, or on broth without potato.
During the lunchtime from fruit, according to a diet minus 60, a citrus, apples, a kiwi, plums, pineapple, prunes, a water-melon are resolved.
Vegetables are resolved any, but there are restrictions. So, for example, potatoes and haricot should not be combined with meat or fish dishes. It is possible to use corn in ears, corn and green peas in the frozen look. It is necessary to refuse the use of tinned peas. Mushrooms have to be crude or boiled. Vegetables need to be used crude, baked, boiled or stewed. As for salty and marinated vegetables, a laminaria, the Korean salads, they can be eaten only in a small amount.
From meat and fish products sausages, boiled sausage, not fried cutlets, a jelly, meat, an offal, seafood, fish, crabsticks, a shish kebab are resolved. The use of boiled eggs is allowed.
It is also possible to eat rice, buckwheat, macaroni (without combining with meat and fish), rice noodles.

Dinner. For this meal all recipes of a diet minus 60 assume suppression on water. Use of seasonings is allowed, it is (a little) soy sauce, salt, and here sugar - under a ban. For dinner it is possible to choose one type of products from listed. From fruit it is possible to eat the same, as during the lunchtime. Vegetables are resolved everything, except potatoes, corn, peas, mushrooms, eggplants, pumpkin. Vegetables can be combined with rice or buckwheat, the combination to dairy products from which are resolved cottage cheese, live or unsweetened yogurt (without cereals and myusly), about 50 g of cheese from krispa is also possible. It is possible to drink during a dinner freshly squeezed citrus juice, dairy or milk drinks, and here the tea and coffee which are not containing sugar and milk, red dry wine and water can be drunk not only during evening meal, but also after 18:00.
