Coffee diet No. 1

Day 3: a breakfast – half of liter of house yogurt and a cup of coffee or tea without sugar. A lunch – a cup of coffee or tea without sugar. A dinner – 200 g of boiled fish and a cup of coffee or tea without sugar;

Day 4: a breakfast – the muesli which are filled in with juice, milk or yogurt and a cup of coffee or tea without sugar. A lunch – any fresh fruit and a cup of coffee or tea without sugar. A dinner – a cup of coffee or tea without sugar;

Day 5: a breakfast - a cup of coffee or tea without sugar with cream. A lunch – 200 g of boiled beef and a cup of coffee or tea without sugar. A dinner – three eggs hard-boiled and a cup of coffee or tea without sugar;

Day 6: a breakfast – half-tiles of dark chocolate and a cup of coffee or tea without sugar. A lunch - a cup of coffee or tea without sugar. A dinner – three apples, two wheaten crackers and a cup of coffee or tea without sugar;

Day 7: a breakfast – one processed cheese without fillers and a cup of coffee or tea without sugar. A lunch – 250 g of boiled indyushiny fillet and a cup of coffee or tea without sugar. A dinner – a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

To break the sequence or to change the dishes specified in the menu of this diet coffee it is impossible, water and liquids with zero caloric content can be used in unlimited number.
