The approximate menu of a diet for 2 blood groups for two days:

First day

Breakfast: yogurt, fruit salad.

Second breakfast: fresh vegetables salad.

Lunch: fish on a grill with lemon juice and tofu.

Afternoon snack: cottage cheese.

Dinner: boiled rice with vegetable sauce.

Second day

Breakfast: two slices of rye bread with bean paste, tea.
