Dikrasin

Раствор для наружного применения ДикрасинDikrasin – the combined drug for external use with antiinflammatory and analgeziruyushchy action.

Form of release and structure

Dosage form – solution for external use (on 65 ml in bottles, in a cardboard pack 1 bottle).

Content of active components is 100 ml of Dikrasin:

  • The hydrochloric acid concentrated – 3,3 g;
  • St. John's Wort grass – 0,46 g;
  • Grass of a marjoram usual – 0,46 g;
  • Flowers and leaves of a hawthorn – 0,3 g.

Excipients: the water purified.

Indications to use

  • Osteoarthrosis of knee, hip, shoulder joints;
  • Osteochondrosis;
  • The deforming osteoarthrosis with a polyradiculoneuritis and defeat of a rachis;
  • Treatment of inflammatory processes in circumarticular tissues of large joints: joint capsule, ligaments, surrounding muscles and sinews;
  • Ankylosing spondylarthritis (Bekhterev's disease);
  • The deforming spondylosis;
  • Therapy of functional disturbances and pain of joints;
  • Articulate syndrome at rheumatism, a muscle strain and sheaves, dislocations, sports injuries and other diseases of a musculoskeletal system.

Contraindications

Contraindication to Dikrasin's use is:

  • Osteoarthrosis of a hip joint of the III-IV degree;
  • Degenerative and dystrophic damages of a backbone with disturbances in vertebral joints;
  • Heart failure of the II-III degree;
  • Period of pregnancy and breastfeeding;
  • Diseases and injuries of skin of an infectious, inflammatory, allergic etiology, enanthesis;
  • Period of menstrual bleeding;
  • Age up to 15 years;
  • Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Route of administration and dosage

Dikrasin is intended for external use. Previously well having shaken up solution, it is applied on clean, dry skin and rubbed the easy massing movements. The patient or the massage therapist can perform the procedure.

Treatment of injuries of single joints is made by drawing 15-20 drops of solution directly on a joint with the subsequent rubbing in. The procedure is carried out daily or 1 time in 2 days. Duration of a course of treatment for local therapy from 18 to 20 days. A repeated course can be conducted in 14 days.

The full course of treatment is appointed at osteochondroses, Bekhterev's disease, the deforming spondyloses, it is carried out according to the established scheme:

  • 1 day: massage of all body of the patient with rubbing in of 25-30 ml of solution within 0,5 hours with hypodispersion on all sites of an integument is made. To mass it is necessary to begin with phalanxes of fingers with a foot, gradually rising up, then to pass to the back surface of a trunk, a neck, a thorax, hands. It is necessary to observe the direction of the massing movements, rubbing in is always carried out from hands and legs to a trunk. Body parts with the broken integrity of an integument should not be processed. The patients who are not transferring a solution smell are recommended to use a wet mask;
  • 2 day: Dikrasin do not apply, massage with any neutral ointment basis is carried out;
  • 3 day: hydrotherapeutic procedures.

This alternation is repeated by 6 times, for a course of treatment about 3 bottles of solution have to be used. At treatment of severe forms of diseases carrying out 2-3 full courses of treatment with a break of 14 days between them is allowed.

At satisfactory portability of drug, in 14 days after a full course, the patient can continue treatment by local rubbing in of drug in skin. Frequency rate of procedures – 1 times in 2 days.

At a diabetic macrovascular disease of vessels and an obliterating endarteritis local rubbing in of solution is recommended to be carried out after passing of a full course of treatment.

During treatment it is not obligatory to change a way of life.

Side effects

Insignificant rash and hyperemia can sometimes become side effect of use of Dikrasin. Against the background of rubbing in emergence of a skin itch which reason removal through a time of the salts and slags dissolved by drug is is possible. In this case in skin of sites with dermatological manifestations neutral ointment before total disappearance of skin irritation is rubbed, and healthy body parts – are treated according to the established scheme.

In case of an aggravation of symptoms of a disease during solution use, the therapeutic course should not be stopped. At a strong aggravation it is recommended to increase an interval between procedures.

Special instructions

Patients inclined to allergic reactions before therapy are recommended to carry out test on portability of drug. For this purpose it is necessary to rub a small amount of solution in forearm skin, in the absence of irritation means can be applied.

Drug cannot be rubbed in face skin, a pilar part of the head and inguinal area, and also to apply on a wet body.

It is not necessary to allow hits of solution on mucous membranes of eyes, after putting drug carefully to wash hands. If solution unintentionally got into eyes, they need to be washed out several times the hydrosodium carbonate solution prepared in a proportion: 1 teaspoon of baking soda on 1 l of water.

At frequent contact Dikrasin can render irritant action on skin of hands therefore the massage therapists and persons who are regularly rubbing means need to use medical gloves.

Medicinal interaction

Dikrasin it is impossible to use along with other dosage forms for external use.

Combined use with drugs for injection introduction and intake is allowed.
