Dolobene
Application instruction:
Dolobene – the combined means for external use with anesthetic, the antiinflammatory, antitrombotichesky, antiedematous and improving an angenesis action.
Form of release and structure
Dosage form – gel for external use: with transparent or slightly muddy structure from colourless till yellowish color (on 50 g in an aluminum tuba, in a cardboard pack 1 tuba).
The maintenance of the operating components in 100 g of gel:
- Dimethyl sulfoxide and 10% of water – 16,66 g, from them a dimethyl sulfoxide – 15 g;
- Heparin sodium – 50 000 ME;
- Dekspantenol – 2,5 g.
Excipients: трометамол, the polyacrylic acid, a macrogoal глицерилгидроксистеарат (CO 455 cremophore), rosemary oil, isopropanol, citronella grass oil, oil of a pine mountain, the water purified.
Indications to use
- Hematomas and hypostases, inflammations of muscles, soft tissues, sinews and tendinous vaginas;
- Acute neuralgia;
- Bruise, the closed injury;
- Sprain and sinews as a result of an injury of joints;
- Tendinitis, shoulder epicondylitis, bursitis, tendovaginitis;
- Periarthritis of a shoulder joint.
Contraindications
- The expressed pathologies of cardiovascular system;
- Heavy abnormal liver functions and/or kidneys;
- Disturbance of integrity of an integument in a site of application;
- Bronchial asthma;
- Period of pregnancy and breastfeeding;
- Age up to 5 years;
- Hypersensitivity to drug components.
Route of administration and dosage
Gel for external use 2-4 times a day inflict on the site defeats a blanket.
The period of treatment depends on weight and expressiveness of symptoms of a disease.
At treatment use of an occlusive bandage is allowed, it should be imposed not right after putting gel, and a time later, after absorption of drug and evaporation of isopropanol.
As contact gel of Dolobene apply at ultrasonic therapy (фонофорез), his active components supplement therapeutic effect of ultrasonic waves.
For carrying out an ionophoresis drug can be applied under the cathode.
Side effects
Dolobene's use can cause side effects:
- Allergic reactions: sometimes – a small tortoiseshell and other skin reactions; in isolated cases – a Quincke's edema;
- Local reactions: perhaps – a burning sensation in the field of drawing, reddening and an itch of skin (as a rule, are temporary and disappear during further therapy);
- Others: seldom – passing change of flavoring feelings, a specific garlick smell from a mouth; extremely seldom – in case of drawing on extensive sites of skin of a body emergence of the complicated breath, nausea, a headache, diarrhea, a fever is possible.
Special instructions
Use of gel should be cancelled at emergence of signs of skin reactions.
Drug needs to be applied only on carefully cleared skin.
Dolobene is not recommended to be used in a combination with other outside drugs, in view of high absorption of a dimethyl sulfoxide.
It is impossible to apply drug on the sites with the broken integrity of an integument received owing to a strong sunblister, radiation or on postoperative hems, and also on open wounds.
Not to allow hit of gel on mucous body surfaces, including a mouth, eyes and a nose.
Gel can increase photosensitivity of skin, during treatment it is necessary to avoid hit of direct sunshine and to cancel visit of a sunbed.
Medicinal interaction
At a combination to other outside medicines of Dolobene can promote strengthening of their getting action through skin.
Simultaneous use with the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs containing сулиндак can cause development of a peripheral neuropathy.

To store at a temperature up to 25 °C. To protect from children.
