Gammalonum
Application instruction:
Gammalonum – nootropic means.
Form of release and structure
Is issued in tablets (on 10 pieces in the blister, in a box of 10 or 100 blisters).
Active agent: piperidic acid, in 1 tablet – 250 mg.
Indications to use
For adults:
- The arterial hypertension which is especially followed by a headache, a sleep disorder, dizziness;
- Atherosclerosis of cerebral arteries with the encephalomalacia phenomena;
- States after the craniocereberal injuries and diseases which are followed by disturbances of cerebral circulation;
- Poluneuritis potatorum and encephalopathies.
For children:
- Effects of birth trauma;
- Cerebral palsy;
- Lag of intellectual development;
- States after craniocereberal injuries and disturbances of cerebral circulation.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to drug components.
Route of administration and dosage
Gammalonum should be accepted inside to food.
The recommended daily doses:
- Adult – 3-3,75 g;
- Children are more senior than 7 years – 3 g;
- Children of 4-6 years – 2-3 g;
- Children of 1-3 years – 1-2 g.
The daily dose needs to be divided into 3 receptions.
Therapy duration – from 2 weeks to 4 months.
For treatment and the prevention of a syndrome of a motion desease it is necessary to accept drug 3 times a day: the adult – on 0,5 g, children – on 0,25 g, a course – 3-4 days.
Side effects
- Nausea and vomiting;
- Dyspepsia;
- Lability of arterial pressure;
- Sleeplessness;
- Fervescence.
