Application instruction of Chymotrypsin

Locally drug is applied on sterile napkins and put to purulent wounds and the struck integuments on 20-40 mg from 10 ml of solution of Procainum. The course of treatment makes 10 days.

Contraindications

Contraindications to purpose of Chymotrypsin are hypersensitivity and intolerance of components of drug, open wounds and deep damages of integuments, malignant tumors, tuberculosis, cirrhosis, a renal failure, hepatitis, emphysema of lungs, nephrite, pregnancy and the period of breastfeeding, children's age up to 18 years.

It is contraindicated to apply chymotrypsin on the bleeding cavities and integuments with hypostases and allergic reactions.

Side effects of Chymotrypsin

Chymotrypsin can cause the following side reactions: tachycardia, hypostases and inflammations of mucous membranes of sense bodys, conjunctivitis, dermahemia, fervescence.

At a long course of treatment allergic reactions – urticaria, an itch and burning, a hyperthermia, a bronchospasm, skin rash can appear.
