Application instruction:
Контрактубекс – the combined outside drug with proteolytic activity used for a rassasyvaniye of keloid cicatrixes.
Form of release and structure
Контрактубекс release in the form of gel for external use: light brown, opaque, with a characteristic smell (in aluminum tubas on 20 or 50 g, on 1 tuba in a cardboard pack).
Active ingredients are a part of 1 g of gel:
- Onion – 0,1 g (in the form of liquid extract);
- Cordianine – 0,01 g;
- Heparin sodium – 50 IU (international units).
Auxiliary components: methylparahydroxybenzoate, sorbic acid, polyethyleneglycol 200 (a macrogoal 200), nitrol F (xanthan gum), the flavored oil (dry 2700), the purified water.
Indications to use
- The keloid and hypertrophic cicatrixes which appeared after amputation, injuries, burns, carrying out surgical interventions (treatment and prevention);
- The atrophic hems which appeared, in particular, after a furunculosis or eels;
- Contractures (ankiloza) of joints;
- Palmar fibromatosis;
- The tendinous contractures connected with injuries;
- The extensions arising after pregnancy.
Drug can be used at children.
Contraindications
Контрактубекс it is contraindicated to apply with hypersensitivity to drug components.
Efficiency and safety of use of gel by the feeding and pregnant women was not investigated.
Route of administration and dosage
Контрактубекс apply outwardly.
Gel is applied by 2-3 times a day, easily rubbing it in cicatricial fabric. Kontraktubeks's expense on 1 use averages 0,5 cm of gel on a surface about 20-25 cm ².
At dense old hems for the night it is necessary to apply an occlusive bandage with gel.
Apply to prevention of emergence of hems of Kontraktubeks in a phase after wound epithelization (gel should not be applied on granulations).
The course of therapy averages:
- Fresh hems – 1 month;
- Dense old hems – from 3 to 6 months;
- Palmar fibromatosis – 1 year.
Side effects
In rare instances at Kontraktubeks's use there can be local skin reactions.
Special instructions
For action strengthening gel is recommended to be applied on previously steamed out skin.
Perhaps simultaneous use of Kontraktubeks in combination with physiotherapeutic procedures.
At therapy of fresh hems it is necessary to avoid ultra-violet radiation, intensive massage and impact of cold.

There are no data on Kontraktubeks's interaction with other medicines.
