Lespenefril

Lespenefril – medicine with diuretic and anti-azotemic action.

Form of release and structure

Lespenefril produce in the form of solution for intake (120 ml in bottles from dark glass, on 1 bottle in a cardboard pack).

Active ingredients are a part of 10 ml of solution:

  • Lespedeza capitate (in the form of tincture) – 1,5 ml;
  • Anise (in the form of essence) – 0,025 ml.

Auxiliary components: alcohol – 6,2 ml, water – to 10 ml.

Indications to use

Lespenefril appoint at treatment of the chronic renal failure proceeding in latent and compensated to a stage (along with other medicines).

Contraindications

Contraindication to Lespenefril's use is hypersensitivity to drug components.

It is not recommended to accept drug to the feeding and pregnant women (because of the alcohol which is its part).

Route of administration and dosage

Lespenefril accept inside, it is more preferable – before food.

Single dose – 1-2 teaspoons, frequency rate of reception – 2-3 times a day, duration of a medical course – from 3 to 4 weeks.

Before the use the single dose of Lespenefril needs to be parted with a small amount of water.

Side effects

During therapy side effects in the form of allergic reactions, in rare instances – a headache, dizziness, tachycardia and weakness can develop.

Special instructions

Lespenefril patients whose work is connected with the increased concentration of attention, including drivers of motor transport need to take with caution.

Medicinal interaction

Because of the alcohol which is Lespenefril's part its simultaneous use with the drugs oppressing the central nervous system, peroral hypoglycemic means, insulin, and also drugs which in combination with alcohol can lead to development of antabusopodobny reactions is not recommended.

Terms and storage conditions

To store in the protected place, unavailable to children, at a temperature up to 25 °C.

Period of validity – 5 years.
