Application instruction:
Никофлекс – the combined means with the local anesthetic irritating resorptional property.
Form of release and structure
Drug is produced in the form of ointment (on 50 g in aluminum tubas, in a cardboard pack 1 tuba).
Content of active ingredients in 10 g of Nikofleks:
- Hydroxyethyl salicylate – 900 mg;
- Capsaicine – 1,5 mg;
- Ethyl никотинат – 200 mg.
Indications to use
Use of ointment is shown for elimination of a pain syndrome at incomplete remission of a tendovaginitis, a chronic or subacute form of polyarthritis, a sciatica, arthrosis, a mialgiya, neuralgia, chronic neuritis, damages of traumatic character, including bruises, sprains.
Besides, Nikofleks are used by athletes for warming up of muscles before sports activities and later.
Contraindications
- Disturbance of integrity of an integument;
- Period of pregnancy and breastfeeding;
- Age up to 6 years;
- Hypersensitivity to drug components.
With care patients are recommended to apply ointment with aspirinovy bronchial asthma, to children at the age of 6-12 years.
Route of administration and dosage
Ointment is applied outwardly, applying with a thin layer on previously washed up by warm water with soap and carefully dry-through skin of painful area of a body. It is impossible to apply on the damaged sites of skin.
The recommended dosing mode:
- Diseases of joints: 1 time a day during the first three days, further – 2 times a day through a uniform interval of time;
- Warming up of muscles at athletes: 3-5 cm of the squeezed-out ointment should be rubbed carefully in skin during massage.
Side effects
Use of ointment can become the reason of irritation of skin in a site of application, development of allergic reactions.
Special instructions
After use of ointment it is necessary to wash up carefully hands with soap in warm water.
Not to allow hit on sites with irritation of skin, on mucous surfaces, including eyes.
It is impossible to apply ointment under the warming compress.
It is necessary to cancel use of drug at emergence of the first signs of irritation of skin.
Medicinal interaction
At simultaneous use of other outside drugs of Nikofleks strengthens their absorption.
