Regetsin (the international rank – zinc Hyalrunate) represents the gel on the basis of hyaluronic acid intended for prevention and treatment of acne rash. Gel is widely used in the medical and cosmetology purposes.
Drug possesses the regenerating, antiviral and antiinflammatory action.
Structure and form of release
The main active ingredient – zinc hyalrunate.
Auxiliary components: sodium hyalrunate, potassium sorbate, sodium hydroxide, карбопол, zinc chloride, the purified water.
Regetsin is issued in the form of gel in tubes on 15-20 g.
Pharmacological properties of Regetsin
Regetsin is intended for external use as medicine for prevention and treatment of an acne disease of skin of various etiology. Active agents of drug have antimicrobic effect, promote removal of an inflammation, eliminate erythematic spots which are effects of acne rash.
Hyaluronic acid as the main component of Regetsin, actively interacts with proteins and other substances at molecular level, effectively creating a dispersive matrix which helps to maintain elasticity and elasticity, youth and a tone of skin. Also components of drug activate blood circulation and accelerate an angenesis. Zinc participates in cell fission, directionally affects elimination of microbes and viruses in the inflammation centers on skin.

Application instruction of Regetsin
According to the instruction Regetsin it is necessary to apply 2 times a day within 5-7 weeks. As prophylactic drug it is necessary to use no more than 2 weekly.
At acne rash at an initial stage gel is applied in monotherapy, and in average and heavy extent of development of an acne disease Regetsin it is necessary to use in combination with other drugs, including with antibiotics and hormones.
According to the instruction Regetsin it is necessary to apply in a small amount on the surface of clean and dry skin, and then to rub the easy movements before full absorption. Duration of a course of treatment should not exceed 3 months.
At seborrheal dermatitis at a heavy stage of a current it is necessary to apply gel 2-3 times a day within 4 weeks.
As means for acceleration of regeneration after laser correction of skin gel it is necessary to give on a surface wounds within 5-10 days before its healing.
Contraindications
Regetsin is contraindicated at hypersensitivity and intolerance of components of drug, corrosive burns, deep wounds and damages of skin, tumors, asthma.
With care it is necessary to appoint drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Side effects of Regetsin
During an initial stage of treatment Regetsin can cause an itch and burning of skin, tightening and a hyperemia of integuments. In 2-3 days after an initiation of treatment these symptoms have to disappear, otherwise drug should be cancelled.
In some cases Regetsin can cause allergic reactions – skin rash, a small tortoiseshell, dermatitis, a Quincke's edema.
