Rinza

Rinza – the multicomponent drug used at a symptomatic treatment of acute respiratory diseases.

Form of release and structure

Dosage form of release of Rinza – a tablet: flat, round, pink with white and dark pink impregnations, on one party have slanted edges and dividing to risk (on 10 pieces in blister strip packagings, in a cardboard pack 1 or 2 packagings; on 10 or 20 pieces in blisters, in a cardboard pack 1 blister).

Active agents as a part of 1 tablet:

• Caffeine – 30 mg;
• Paracetamol – 500 mg;
• Chlorphenaminum maleate – 2 mg;
• Phenylephrinum hydrochloride – 10 mg.

Additional components: corn starch (for 20% of paste), colloid silicon dioxide, povidone (K-30), corn starch, magnesium stearate, methylparahydroxysodium benzoate, sodium carboxymethylstarch (type A), talc, crimson dye (Ponso 4R).

Indications to use

Rinz's drug is shown at a symptomatic treatment of catarrhal diseases, acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI), including flu, proceeding with a pain syndrome, a rhinorrhea and fever.

Contraindications

Absolute:

• Diabetes mellitus in a heavy current;
• The expressed atherosclerosis of coronary arteries;
• Arterial hypertension in a heavy current;
• The combined use with the drugs containing the components which are Rinza's part;
• The combined use with tricyclic antidepressants, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, beta adrenoblockers;
• Age up to 15 years;
• Period of pregnancy and chest feeding;
• Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Relative (Rinza should be taken with caution in the presence of such states / diseases, as):

• Blood diseases;
• Prostate hyperplasia;
• Arterial hypertension;
• Bronchial asthma;
• Hyperthyroidism;
• Diabetes mellitus;
• Deficit glyukozo-6-fosfatdegidrogenazy;
• Pheochromocytoma;
• Obstructive pulmonary disease in a chronic current;
• Inborn hyperbilirubinemias (syndromes Cudgel Johnson, Gilbert, Rotor);
• Closed-angle glaucoma;
• Liver/renal failure.

Route of administration and dosage

Rinza is accepted inside.

Single dose – 1 tablet. The recommended frequency rate of administration of drug – 3-4 times a day (as much as possible – 4 tablets a day).

Duration of a medical course – up to 5 days.

Side effects

• Cardiovascular system: increase in arterial pressure, tachycardia;
• Urinary system: intersticial nephrite, glucosuria, renal colic, papillary necrosis;
• Alimentary system: dryness in a mouth, nausea, vomiting, pains in epigastric area, a hepatotoxic action;
• Respiratory system: bronkhoobstruktion;
• System of a hemopoiesis: pancytopenia, anemia, agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia, aplastic/hemolitic anemia, methemoglobinemia;
• Central nervous system: backfilling disturbance, dizziness, hyperexcitability;
• Organ of sight: accommodation paresis, mydriasis, increase in intraocular pressure;
• Allergic reactions: itch, Quincke's disease, skin rash, small tortoiseshell.

Special instructions

During Rinza's reception it is necessary to abstain from alcohol intake, anxiolytic/somnolent medicines.

It is impossible to accept drug in a combination with other drugs containing paracetamol.

During therapy control of motor transport and works when which performing from the patient the increased concentration of attention and bystry psychomotor reactions is required it is necessary to refuse.

Medicinal interaction

The combined Rinza's use with some medicinal means / substances can lead to development of the following effects:

• Halothane: increase in probability of developing of ventricular arrhythmia;
• Monoamine oxidase inhibitors, sedative drugs, ethanol: strengthening of their action;
• Antidepressants, противопаркинсонические/антипсихотические means, fenotiazinovy derivatives: increase in probability of development of dryness in a mouth, ischurias, locks;
• Tricyclic antidepressants: strengthening of adrenomimetichesky action of Phenylephrinum;
• Glucocorticosteroids: increase in probability of development of glaucoma;
• Diuretic drugs: decrease in their efficiency;
• Monoamine oxidase inhibitors, furasolidone: development of excitement, hypertensive crisis, hyper pyrexia;
• Ethanol: strengthening of sedative effect of antihistaminic drugs;
• Barbiturates, dipheninum, carbamazepine, rifampicin and other inductors of microsomal enzymes of a liver: increase in probability of development of hepatotoxic influence of paracetamol;
• Guanetidin: decrease in its hypotensive action, strengthening alpha адреностимулирующей activities of Phenylephrinum.

Terms and storage conditions

To store in protected from light, the place, dry, unavailable to children, at a temperature up to 25 °C.

Period of validity – 3 years.
