Example of the menu of a rice diet for 7 days:

First day

Lunch: a portion of vegetable broth, the rice with greens filled with 1 h l. olive oil and 1 h l. fruit vinegar, fresh vegetables salad (150 g).

Fourth day

Breakfast: a portion of rice with milk, fruit salad with rice flakes (1-2 tablespoons).

Lunch: a portion of vegetable broth, the rice with carrots steamed a garden radish with several leaves of a green salad.

Dinner: a portion of vegetable broth, rice with a pinch of sunflower seeds of a sunflower and small cut parsley.

Fifth day

Breakfast: a portion of rice with raisin or grapes and grated almonds (1 h l.).

Lunch: a portion of vegetable broth, the rice with vegetables steamed, the big portion of greens filled with olive oil (1 h l.).

Dinner: vegetable broth, boiled rice with the crushed walnuts (1 tablespoon), green onions (2 tablespoons), a grated root of a celery (2 tablespoons), the spinach steamed.

Sixth day

Breakfast: boiled rice, fig (1-2 pieces), dates (2 pieces), walnuts (4 pieces), average pear (1 piece).

Lunch: a portion of vegetable broth, the rice with cucumber, sweet pepper, fresh mint salad filled with olive oil (1 h l.).

Dinner: vegetable broth, rice with addition of sour cream (1 tablespoon), honey (1/2 h l.) and apples (1-2 pieces).

Seventh day

Breakfast: the rice with addition of apple and a pear filled with honey (1 h l.) and several drops of lemon juice, half of a portion of yogurt.

Lunch: a portion of vegetable broth, the rice with green beans welded on couple, tomato (1 piece), greens salad.

Dinner: a portion of vegetable broth, the rice with a vegetable marrow welded on couple with addition of olives (5 pieces), olive oil (1 h l.) and basilica.

Useful tips
