Alporta syndrome

Alporta syndrome (South African doctor A. S. Alport, 1880-1950; synonyms: nephrite is hereditary family hemorrhagic, a glomerulonephritis family with deafness, a syndrome otookulorenalny) – the hereditary disease which is characterized by development of a hamaturia, proteinuria, leukocyturia, relative deafness or deafness, sometimes cataracts, spherophakias, a pigmental retinitis and development by 16-35 years of a renal failure. Alporta a syndrome is observed only at boys. The disease on autosomal dominantly type is inherited.
