Autoclave

The autoclave (Greek autos - + lat. clavis - a key) – the device arranged by Papinov's principle of a copper which is applied to steam sterilization under pressure. The autoclave represents itself a cylindrical form a hollow thick-walled copper with hermetically closed screwed cover and a double bottom. It is supplied with the manometer, and also a steam discharge tube and the safety valve.
