Valdenstrema macroglobulinemic purpura

Valdenstrema a macroglobulinemic purpura (J. Waldenstrom, the Swedish therapist, was born in 1906) – the hemorrhagic syndrome caused by a hyperpermeability of a vascular wall because of its infiltration by macroglobulins, and also stazy (stagnation) and precipitation (sedimentation) of macroglobulins in small vessels with their further gap; differs in nasal bleedings and bleeding of gums; it is noted, for example, at cirrhoses of a liver, Valdenstrem's disease, some parasitic defeats.
