Warburg method

Warburg a method (O. of Warburg, the German biochemist, 1883-1970) – a manometrical way of studying of the biochemical processes proceeding with allocation or absorption of gas (for example, decarboxylation), by means of establishment of its volume on change in the closed system of pressure, at a constant temperature.
