Virkhova vaskulezny pachymeningitis (R. Virchow, German pathologist, 1821-1902; synonym: a pachymeningitis hemorrhagic internal) – the option of a chronic recurrent pachymeningitis of a verkhnelateralny (outside) surface of cerebral hemispheres which is characterized by hemorrhages in a firm meninx and its considerable thickening owing to formation of hematomas; it is expressed by the accruing meningeal symptoms, headaches, epileptiform attacks.
