Zoeli

Zoeli is innovative combined, monophase, microdosed oral drug which contains the hormones similar to natural.

Form of release and structure

Zoeli is issued in the form of film coated tablets which have white color, the rounded and biconvex shape. Zoeli's tablets have an engraving of "ne" on both sides.

Active ingredients of tablets of Zoeli – an estardiol гемигидрат and a nomegestrola acetate. As excipients there are microcrystallic cellulose, magnesium stearate, кросповидон, a monohydrate of lactose and colloid silicon dioxide.

Tablets of placebo have yellow color, the rounded biconvex shape and an engraving "р" on both sides.

Pharmacological action

Oestradiol is natural estrogen which is identical endogenous human 17β-эстрадиолу (E2). E2 has no etinilny group in 17α-положении unlike the ethinylestradiol which is a part of other oral combined contraceptives.

Nomegestrola acetate is the high-selection progestogen which resembles from natural steroid hormone of progesterone and has structure, similar to it. It has high anti-gonadotropic activity, moderate anti-androgenic activity and has no oestrogenic, androgenic, mineralokortikoidny and glucocorticoid activity.

Zoeli's tablets have contraceptive action at the expense of a combination of different factors, the most important of which are change of secretion of cervical slime and suppression of an ovulation. After cancellation of tablets of Zoeli the ovulation at most of women is quickly enough recovered.

Route of administration of Zoeli and dose

Drug is accepted inside. According to the instruction, Zoeli should be accepted every day in identical time irrespective of reception of food in consent with order specified in the instruction. If necessary it is possible to wash down with a small amount of water.

According to the instruction, Zoeli is accepted on one tablet a day for 28 days. For the first 24 days take a white pill, the next 4 days – yellow which do not contain active ingredient. As a rule, through two or three days after reception of the last tablet of Zoeli of white color begin cancellation bleeding which can not stop prior to reception of tablets in the following packaging.

From a musculoskeletal system: infrequently – heavy feeling.

Contraindications to Zoeli's use

Use of tablets of Zoeli should be stopped at emergence:

• A deep vein thrombosis and a thromboembolism of a pulmonary artery, including in the anamnesis;

• Migraines with neurologic focal symptoms, including in the anamnesis;

• Arterial thromboses (a myocardial infarction, disturbance of blood circulation in a brain) or prodromal states (stenocardia, the tranzitorny ischemic attack), including in the anamnesis;

• The expressed or multiple factors of risk of arterial or venous thromboses (a diabetes mellitus with vascular signs, heavy arterial hypertension, a heavy dislipoproteinemiya);

• Pancreatitis with a heavy gipertriglitseridemiya, including in the anamnesis;

• A hepatic tumor (high-quality or malignant), including in the anamnesis;

• Serious illness of a liver;

• Vaginal bleedings for not clear reasons;

• Postmenopauses;

• Lactose intolerance and deficit of lactase.

According to the instruction, Zoeli cannot also be accepted during breastfeeding and hypersensitivity to any of drug components.
