Ангиофлюкс
Application instruction:
Ангиофлюкс – anticoagulating means of direct action.
Form of release and structure
- capsules: soft gelatinous, oval form, brick-red color; contents – suspension of white or white-gray color, the pink or pinkish and cream shade is possible (on 10 or 25 pieces in blister strip packagings, in a pack cardboard respectively 5 or 2 packagings);
- solution for intravenous and intramuscular administration: transparent, from light yellow till yellow color (on 2 ml in dark glass ampoules, 5 ampoules in a blister strip packaging, in a pack cardboard 2 packagings).
Active agent – сулодексид:
- 1 capsule – 250 lipoproteinlipazny units (LU);
- 1 ampoule with solution – 600 LE.
Additional components of capsules:
- excipients: silicon dioxide colloid, sodium lauryl sulfate, glyceryl каприлокапрат (Migliol 812);
- structure of a cover: gelatin, пропилпарагидроксибензоат sodium, ethylparahydroxysodium benzoate, глицерол, dye ferrous oxide red (Е 172).
Auxiliary components of solution: water for injections and sodium chloride.
Indications to use
- mikroangiopatiya (retinopathy, nephropathy, neuropathy);
- the angiopatiya which is followed by the increased risk of a thrombogenesis;
- the macrovascular disease accompanying a diabetes mellitus.
Contraindications
- the hemorrhagic diathesis and other diseases which are followed by hypocoagulation;
- I trimester of pregnancy;
- hypersensitivity to heparin or drugs of similar type;
- hypersensitivity to any component of drug.
In II and III trimesters of pregnancy, and also during breastfeeding of Angioflyuks it can be applied only in emergency cases, after careful assessment of a ratio of the expected advantage and potential risks.
Chloride in this connection in this dosage form drug should be used with care to the patients adhering to an electrolyte-deficient diet is a part of solution for injections sodium.
Route of administration and dosage
In the form of solution of Angioflyuks enter intramusculary or intravenously (kapelno or bolyusno) 2 ml (contents of 1 ampoule) a day. At intravenous administration administer the drug which is previously divorced in 150-200 ml of solution of sodium of chloride of 0,9%.
Treatment is carried out within 15-20 days then the patient is transferred to a peroral form of drug.
In the form of capsules of Angioflyuks it is necessary to accept inside in breaks between meals – 1 piece 2 times a day within 30-40 days.
Full 2 times a year are recommended to treat.
The dose of drug and duration of treatment can be adjusted by the doctor depending on results of clinicodiagnostic inspection of the patient.
Side effects
- at Angioflyuks's reception in the form of tablets: pain in epigastric area, nausea, vomiting, allergic reactions (skin rash);
- at use of drug in the form of solution: burning sensation, morbidity, a hematoma in the place of an injection, allergic reactions (skin rash).
Special instructions
Ангиофлюкс does not influence the speed of psychophysical reactions and ability to concentration of attention.
In case of need the combined use of antiagregant or anticoagulants it is necessary to control blood coagulation indicators periodically.
Medicinal interaction
Ангиофлюкс strengthens anticoagulating effect of heparin, antiagregant and indirect anticoagulants. It is whenever possible recommended to avoid their co-administration.
