Menu

In the menu of the Anti-cellulite diet days when it is authorized to eat the processed vegetables (odd days) alternate, and also when vegetables and fruit have to be used in the raw (even days). The size of portions is not limited, of course, reasonably.

First day and all odd

Breakfast: crude fruit.

Lunch: vegetable salad without salt addition. It is allowed to add no more than two spoons of olive oil and lemon juice (its quantity is not limited). It is also possible to add nuts, sunflower seeds to salad.

Dinner: can be or same as a lunch, or to consist of fruit and salad. It is possible to add sprouts of wheat, soy to salad.

Second day

Only fruit, except for bananas, in desirable quantity are resolved.

The fourth day and all even (except the second)

The menu is same, as well as in odd days. A part of vegetables can be scalded or steamed. Also it is allowed to include grain. As an exception it is possible to eat the fat-free yogurt.
