Oranges – it is unconditional, a useful product in fight against excess weight. This citrus regulates the level of insulin which surplus causes increase in appetite. Besides, insulin participates in processes of transformation of simple carbohydrates to fatty stocks on a body. At last, supporting the high level of insulin, oranges accelerate a metabolism.
The orange diet exists in two options, one of which is expected three weeks, and the second – for three days. Except oranges, other products bringing a variety food enter a diet.
Average daily caloric content of the menu expected three weeks of a diet makes about 1200 kcal. If strictly to follow the rules, then during the term of a diet it is possible to lose up to 8 kilograms.
The three-day option of an orange diet allows to get rid of 2-3 extra kilos. A diet in this case more sparing.

The three-week Orange diet is extremely unbalanced: in the menu almost completely there are no proteins which play an important role in formation of muscles. The first two weeks of a diet pass without the use of vegetables. The neglect is fraught with them disturbance of work of bodies of digestive tract, emergence of locks, abdominal distention and a digestive disturbance.
Very low caloric content of the daily menu can lead to the fact that metabolism will considerably be slowed down. And though weight loss is really possible at first, further, after the termination of a diet, extra kilos can quickly return.

Second week |
During every day it is necessary to eat or drink (in the form of freshly squeezed juice) 1 kg of oranges. Porridges from buckwheat, porridge, pearl barley or a pshenka without sugar addition are also included. To use on one portion of porridge for breakfast, a lunch and a dinner. |
Third week |
During every day it is necessary to eat or drink (in the form of freshly squeezed juice) 1 kg of oranges. Besides, during every day it is possible to use any fruit and vegetables in the fresh or prepared look (to exclude frying). |
Menu of three-day option of the Orange diet:
First day |
Breakfast: piece of white loaf, 100 g of the porridge tired of boiled water, orange. Lunch: 2 pieces of bread from bran, the sheet salmon salad filled with lemon juice. A dessert – 100 g of yogurt, orange, 1 h l. honey. Dinner: the liver fried with champignons (it is allowed to add a small amount of vegetable oil). Small amount of berries, orange, yogurt. |
Second day |
Breakfast: a piece of white loaf with addition of butter, soft-boiled egg, 100 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice. Lunch: boiled haricot, a piece of white loaf with addition of butter, sheet salad, orange. Dinner: mashed potatoes with a piece of the fast beef steamed or boiled, stewed vegetable marrows, carrots. For a dessert of 100 g of fresh pineapple, orange, yogurt. |
Third day |
Breakfast: bread piece, two pieces of cheese, oil, melon slice. Lunch: carrots, greens, boiled beet salad, portion of rice with beef, one orange. Dinner: boiled chicken, sweet pepper, broccoli, Brussels sprout, orange. |
