First day

First breakfast: toast, 50 g of cheese, green tea.

Second breakfast: fruit salad.

Lunch: 100 g of boiled haricot, 200 g of salad from paprika, the cucumber and tomato filled with olive oil and lemon juice, 200 ml of pumpkin juice.

Dinner: 150 g of porridge from lentil, 200 g of the salad from sheet greens filled with olive oil, 200 ml of tomato juice.

Supper: 200 ml of kefir.

Second day

First breakfast: 150 g of cottage cheese, black coffee.

Second breakfast: fruit.

Lunch: bean soup, sourcrout salad, vegetable juice.

Dinner: 100 g of green peas (fresh or stewed), boiled fish, green tea.

Supper: 200 ml of kefir.

Third day

First breakfast: vegetable sheep cheese salad, green tea.

Second breakfast: fruit.

Lunch: ragout from haricot with vegetables, vegetable juice.

Dinner: bean soup with tomatoes, green tea.

Supper: 200 ml of kefir.

Fourth day

First breakfast: a toast with low-fat cheese, black coffee.

Second breakfast: fruit.

Lunch: fish soup, vegetables salad, stewed beans, vegetable juice.

Dinner: 100 g of boiled haricot, fresh vegetables.

Supper: 200 ml of kefir.

Fifth day

First breakfast: The 100th cottage cheese with raisin, black coffee.

Second breakfast: fresh fruit or vegetables.

Lunch: lentil soup, green vegetables salad, vegetable juice.

Dinner: eggplants, stewed with green peas, a slice of rye bread, green tea.

Supper: 200 ml of kefir.

Sixth day

First breakfast: 100 g of salad from germinated Masha, tomato juice.

Second breakfast: fruit.

Seventh day
