Kolkhikum-Dispert
Application instruction:
Kolkhikum-Dispert – the drug influencing exchange of uric acid, antigouty means.
Form of release and structure
Dosage form – tablets, coated: a round form, dark red color, with a brilliant surface (on 20 pieces in the blister, 1 blister in a cardboard box; on 25 pieces in the blister, 2 blisters in a cardboard box).
Active ingredient: dry extract of seeds of an autumn crocus autumn, in 1 tablet – 15,6 mg that corresponds to the maintenance of the sum of alkaloids in terms of colchicine – 0,5 mg.
Additional components: corn starch, wax white, cochineal carmine And, palmitic/stearic acid, sucrose, sodium of a karmelloz, magnesium oxide easy, K25 povidone, arabic gum, коповидон, magnesium stearate, wax of karnaubskiya, cellulose microcrystallic, titanium oxide, macrogoal 6000, sodium sulfate, lactoses monohydrate, talc, shellac, dye amaranth (E123).
Indications to use
- Bad attacks of gout;
- Family Mediterranean fever (periodic disease).
Contraindications
Absolute:
- The expressed oppression of a marrowy hemopoiesis;
- Liver or renal failure;
- Pregnancy and lactation;
- Hypersensitivity to drug.
Relative:
- Heavy dysfunctions of cardiovascular system;
- Heavy dysfunctions of digestive tract;
- Cachexia;
- Advanced age.
Route of administration and dosage
Kolkhikum-Dispert it is necessary to accept inside: to swallow of tablets entirely and to wash down them with enough liquid.
For removal of a bad attack of gout at first it is necessary to take 2 pill at once, then – on 1-3 tablets each 1-2 hours until the pain syndrome is weakened. The general daily dose should not exceed 8 mg (16 tablets). In case of a new attack of gout performing repeated treatment according to the described scheme, but not earlier than in 3 days is possible.
For prevention of bad attacks of gout Kolkhikum-Dispert appoint 1-3 tablets daily or every other day within the several first months (usually the 3rd) treatments by uricosuric means.
Side effects
Are possible: stomach aches, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, in rare instances – a leukopenia.
At prolonged use of drug in certain cases there are a myopathy and a neuropathy, is even more rare – hypoplastic anemia, an agranulocytosis, an alopecia.
Special instructions
During treatment by Kolkhikum-Dispertom it is necessary to exercise clinical and hematologic control.
At development of the expressed side effects from the alimentary system it is necessary to reduce the accepted dose of drug or to cancel it at all.
In case of decrease in number of thrombocytes is lower 100 000/mkl and leukocytes below 3000/mkl use of drug is stopped until the blood picture is normalized.
Kolkhikum-Dispert does not exert negative impact on speed of reactions and ability of the patient to concentration of attention.
Medicinal interaction
- Cyclosporine: the probability of development of a myopathy, especially at patients with functional disturbance of kidneys increases;
- Cyanocobalamine: its absorption is broken;
- The depriving of bonuses and sympathomimetic means: their effect amplifies;
- The non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and other means causing a miyelodepressiya: the risk of development of thrombocytopenia and a leukopenia increases;
- The cytostatics and drugs acidifying urine: antigouty activity of colchicine decreases;
- The means alkalizing urine: the effect of colchicine amplifies.
If necessary Kolkhikum-Dispert it is possible to apply along with Allopyrinolum and uricosuric drugs.
Terms and storage conditions
To store in the place unavailable to children and protected from light. Not to exceed temperature 25 ºС.
Period of validity – 5 years.
