Hydroperitum
Application instruction:
Hydroperitum – antiseptic drug for topical and external use.
Form of release and structure
Dosage form – tablets for preparation of solution for topical administration (on 6, 8 or 10 pieces in a planimetric bezjyacheykovy or strip packaging, in a cardboard pack 1 or 2 packagings).
Active ingredient – urea peroxide, in 1 tablet – 1,5 g.
Indications to use
As disinfectant it is applied at treatment of quinsy, stomatitis, gynecologic diseases, nasal bleedings, small superficial wounds and small capillary bleedings from superficial wounds.
Contraindications
It is contraindicated to use to patients with hypersensitivity to urea to peroxide.
Route of administration and dosage
Hydroperitum is applied outwardly and locally in the form of rinsings or washings. For preparation of solution it is necessary to dissolve 1-4 tablets in 200 ml of boiled water.
Side effects
Means can cause side effects in the form of a burning sensation in places of processing, in some cases – allergic reactions.
Special instructions
Not to allow hit of solution in eyes, it is not necessary to use for irrigation of cavities.
Drug has no the sterilizing effect, its use only temporarily reduces quantity of microbes.
Medicinal interaction
Means is unstable in heat and on light, and also in the alkaline environment, in the presence of difficult radicals of some oxidizers, salts of metals.
Terms and storage conditions
To protect from children. To store in the dry, protected from light place at a temperature up to 20 °C. A period of validity – 2 years.
