Application instruction:
Girel – the homeopathic medicine applied to a symptomatic treatment of flu and acute respiratory viral infections.
Form of release and structure
Girel release in the form of tablets for a rassasyvaniye of homeopathic: round, yellow-white or white, sometimes with impregnations of other color (yellow or black), ploskotsilindrichesky, with a facet, almost inodorous (on 50 pieces in polypropylene cases, on 1 case in a cardboard pack).
Active agents are a part of 1 tablet:
- D4 Bryonia – 60 mg;
- Phosphorus D5 – 30 mg;
- Akonitum (аконитум напеллус) (Aconitum (Aconitum napellus)) D4 – 120 mg;
- Eupatorium перфолиатум (Eupatorium perfoliatum) D3 – 30 mg;
- Lakhezis (лахезис мутус) (Lachesis (Lachesis mutus)) D12 – 60 mg.
Auxiliary components: lactose, magnesium stearate.
Indications to use
Girel appoint for symptomatic therapy at flu and acute respiratory viral infections (a headache, appetite losses, temperature increase, weakness).
Contraindications
- Glyukozo-galaktozny malabsorption, lactose intolerance, insufficiency of lactase;
- Age up to 6 years (because of insufficiency of clinical data for this age group of patients);
- Hypersensitivity to drug components.
The feeding and pregnant women can accept Girel only in cases if the potential advantage for health of mother is higher than possible harm for the child.
Route of administration and dosage
Girel accept inside. The tablet needs to be held in a mouth to its full rassasyvaniye.
Single dose – 1 tablet. Frequency rate of use is defined by age: adults and children of 12 years – 3 times a day; children of 6-12 years – 2 times a day.
At an acute onset of the illness it is recommended to increase frequency rate of reception. The maximum daily dose for adults and children of 12 years – 12 tablets, children of 6-12 years – 8 tablets. A break between administrations of drug – 30-60 minutes.
If 6 hours later from the moment of the beginning of therapy improvement does not occur, it is necessary to see consultation a doctor.
Side effects
During Girel's reception side effects in the form of allergic reactions can develop. In case of their emergence, and also at emergence of atypical symptoms it is necessary to interrupt therapy and to consult with the doctor.
Special instructions
During Girel's reception the short aggravation of symptoms can be observed. At an aggravation of the available symptoms it is necessary to interrupt therapy and to see a doctor.
Patients with a diabetes mellitus need to consider that the content of carbohydrates in 1 tablet of Girel corresponds 0,025 GU (grain units).
Tablets need to be protected from humidity therefore it is recommended to close densely right after drug use a case.
