Eltatsin – the combined anti-hypoxemic medicine from group of antioxidants.

Structure and form of release of Eltatsin

According to the instruction Eltatsin is made in the form of biconvex tablets of light yellow or white color. One tablet of Eltatsin (220 mg) contains 70 mg of glycine, 70 mg of L-cystine, 70 mg of L-glutaminic acid, and also additional substances – magnesium stearate, metotset.

Pharmacological action

Thanks to contents in the composition of mix of replaceable amino acids, this medicine increases the level of tripeptide of glutathione and glutathione - dependent enzymes (catalases, glutathione peroxidases, glutathione-reductase, superoxide dismutases) in cells, normalizes redoxreactions at the cellular level and the use of oxygen in fabrics.

Eltatsin shows antioxidant action. Effect of mix of replaceable amino acids as a part of a medicine provides increase in sokratitelny ability of a myocardium, and also promotes increase in tolerance of an organism to various loadings.

Judging by responses, Eltatsin at prolonged and regular use promotes improvement of quality of life of patients with heart failure. Besides, Eltatsin reduces maintenance time after long exercise stresses at children.

Eltatsin's action
Drug Eltatsin contains symmetric dosages of three substances, important and natural to an organism, – glycine, cystine and glutaminic acid. Working together, they selectively promote development in an organism of important and valuable substance - glutathione. It influences VSD reason, promoting reduction of activity of free radicals and increasing the level of protective systems of an organism.

At the same time each of components as a part of Eltatsin has also expressed own action.

Cystine plays an important role in work of an organism. He participates in ensuring biological activity of proteins and many hormones and, in particular, vasopressin and oxytocin. Vasopressin among other participates in regulation by a brain of an agressive behavior. And oxytocin is often called hormone of attachment, cordial relations and even love today.

Glutaminic acid is a neurotransmitter and promotes excitement of neurons, brain cells. Thus, glutaminic acid as a part of Eltatsin helps a brain to be active.

Glycine as a part of drug Eltatsin acts as the metabolism regulator. Glycine helps to normalize work of a nervous system, to reduce the psychoemotional tension, aggression, a conflictness, to increase intellectual working capacity, to improve mood, to facilitate backfilling and to normalize a dream.

Indications to Eltatsin's use

According to the instruction Eltatsin is applied as a part of complex therapy of chronic heart failure of the I-III functional classes, a syndrome of vegetative dysfunction at adults and children from 12 to 18 years.

Eltatsin apply also to prevention of a physical overstrain and to reduction of time of recovery of an organism after long exercise stresses at children from 11 to 15 years.

The instruction to use

According to the instruction Eltatsin's tablet is recommended to be chewed or taken in a mouth before dissolution.

At chronic heart failure of the I-III functional class (NYHA classification) by the adult and to children from 12 to 18 years it is necessary to accept on one tablet three times a day. Treatment duration – one-three months. If necessary the course of treatment should be repeated.

At a syndrome of vegetative dysfunction to children from 12 to 18 years appoint on one tablet of Eltatsin three times a day. A course of treatment – one-three months depending on a disease stage. The repeated course is appointed only after consultation of the doctor.

For prevention of a physical overstrain to children from 11 to 15 years appoint on one tablet twice a day within two-three weeks.

For recovery after long exercise stresses children from 11 to 15 years should accept on one tablet of Eltatsin three times a day within two weeks.

Contraindications

According to the instruction Eltatsin's use is contraindicated at hypersensitivity to any component of drug. With extra care it is necessary to apply Eltatsin in treatment at pregnancy and in the period of a lactation.

Side effects of Eltatsin

Eltatsin is in most cases had well. In some cases the medicine can cause allergic reactions.

Special instructions

Combined use of Eltatsin with diuretics, beta adrenoblockers, APF inhibitors is allowed.

Conditions and periods of storage

Eltatsin is recommended to store in the dry place protected from light. Temperature of storage is no more than 25 °C. A period of storage – 2 years.
