Essentiale – the medicine promoting recovery and protection of a liver.
Pharmacological action Essentiale
The essential phospholipids (active agent of medicine) which are a part Essentiale are high cleaning fraction of phosphatidylsincaline and in the chemical structure are similar to the basic structural elements of cellular membranes (endogenous membrane phospholipids).
Functional value of the phospholipids participating in division, differentiation and cell regeneration is based on the amfifilny properties allowing to regulate permeability of a cover of cells.
Deficit of phospholipids leads to disturbance of a lipometabolism that can cause fatty dystrophy of a liver.
Essentiale according to the instruction promotes:
- To increase in detoksikatsionny ability of a liver;
- Regenerations of cellular membranes;
- To delay of formation of connecting fabric in a liver;
- To recovery and preservation of cellular structure of a liver;
- Reactivations of the broken membrane-bound fermental systems and receptors.
Release form
Drug is produced in a look:
- Brown color of oblong solid gelatin capsules (Essentiale forte N). Essentiale is a part active component – phospholipids from soybeans (in the form of oily pasty yellowish-brown weight) in number of 300 mg. On 10 pieces in the blister;
- Solution for intravenous administration (Essentiale of the N) containing in 5 ml 50 mg of active agent.
Analogs Essentiale
Analogs Essentiale on active agent are the following drugs: Антралив, Livolayf Forte, Fosfontsiale and Essliver.
Besides, in some cases after consultation with the doctor use of analogs Essentiale on a way of action – Bondzhigar, Galstena, Gepafit, Travokhol, Eslidin, Essliver forte and Livolin Forte is possible.
Indications to use Essentiale
According to the instruction Essentiale it is recommended for use at:
- Cirrhosis;
- Chronic hepatitises;
- Radiation syndrome;
- Toxicosis during pregnancy;
- Toxic damages of a liver;
- Fatty degeneration of a liver of various etiology.
As auxiliary therapy Essentiale is appointed at treatment of psoriasis.
Contraindications
Essentiale according to the instruction it is contraindicated to apply in hypersensitivity cases to components (active or auxiliary) drugs.
It is contraindicated to apply Essentiale in the form of solution in pediatrics up to three years.
Route of administration Essentiale
The Essentiale capsules according to the instruction accept for three months. The daily dosage varies from 4 to 6 capsules divided into several receptions.
If necessary the course of treatment Essentiale according to reviews can be prolonged or repeated through time.
Essentiale of N is entered, as a rule, intravenously slowly on 1-2 ampoules a day. In hard cases the dosage can be increased twice.
Overdose cases at use Essentiale, and also significant medicinal interaction with other drugs is not recorded.
Side effects Essentiale
According to reviews Essentiale is in most cases transferred well. The insignificant disturbances of the alimentary system which are shown as ease of a chair and feeling of discomfort in a stomach are in rare instances possible.
With hypersensitivity to the components (active or auxiliary) which are a part of medicine, Essentiale according to reviews can cause allergic reactions.
