Form of release and structure

Dosage forms:

• Tablets (on 10 pieces in bezjyacheykovy planimetric packaging, in a cardboard pack 2 packagings; on 10 pieces in a blister strip packaging, in a cardboard pack of 3 or 6 packagings; on 120 pieces in a polymeric container, in a cardboard pack 1 container);
• Solution for intravenous (in/in) and intramuscular introduction (in oil) (on 10 ml or 2 ml in ampoules, in a cardboard box of 10 ampoules; on 10 ml or 2 ml in ampoules, in a blister strip packaging on 10 or 5 ampoules, in a cardboard pack 1 or 2 packagings).

Active agent – Xantinoli nicotinas:

• 1 tablet – 150 mg;
• 1 ml of solution – 150 mg.

Auxiliary component of solution: water for injections.

Indications to use

• Disturbances of cerebral circulation;
• The obliterating endarteritis and/or thromboangitis (Thrombangiitis obliterans) obliterating atherosclerosis of vessels of extremities;
• Raynaud's disease;
• Diabetic angiopatiya;
• Vascular embolisms and fibrinferments, posttromboflebitichesky syndrome;
• Menyer's syndrome;
• Decubituses, hard healing wounds, trophic ulcers of shins;
• Atherosclerosis of coronary vessels and/or vessels of a brain;
• Gipertriglitseridemiya;
• Hypercholesterolemia;
• Fruit asphyxia – pre-natal and puerperal;
• Dermatosis at disturbance of a trophicity of a vascular etiology;
• Scleroderma, including Bushke's scleredema.

Contraindications

• The expressed renal failure;
• Acute myocardial infarction;
• Acute heart failure;
• Arterial hypotension;
• Chronic heart failure in a decompensation stage;
• Mitral stenosis;
• Acute bleeding;
• Aggravation of a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum;
• Glaucoma;
• Period of pregnancy and breastfeeding;
• Hypersensitivity to Xantinoli nicotinas.

With caution it is necessary to take drug along with antihypertensives and with a labile arterial pressure (AP).

Route of administration and dosage

• Tablets: it is necessary to accept inside, after food. The recommended dosing – on 150-600 mg 3 times a day;
• Solution: appoint for in oil and in/in drop introductions. The recommended dosing for treatment of acute disorders of blood supply of fabrics – 1-3 times, in oil on 300 mg, a day. Depending on clinical indications it is gradually possible to raise a dose to 600-900 mg 2-3 times a day. Treatment period 2-3 weeks. To patients with acute disorders of cerebral and peripheric circulation the drug is administered in/in kapelno in a dose of 1500 mg. For infusion drug should be dissolved in 200 ml 0,9% of solution of sodium of chloride or 200-500 ml of 5% of solution of glucose, the received solution is entered with a speed of 40-50 thaws a minute within 1,5-4 hours. If necessary repetition of infusion is possible to 4 times a day. Course of treatment of 5-10 days. At the expressed disturbances of blood supply of fabrics simultaneous use of Xantinoli nicotinas inside on 300 mg 3 times a day is shown.

Side effects

Use of Xantinoli nicotinas can cause side effects:

• Cardiovascular system: perhaps – decrease in the ABP, reddening of an integument, a caumesthesia (passing);
• Alimentary system: seldom – diarrhea, nausea, anorexia, a gastralgia; perhaps – increase in level of liver enzymes and an alkaline phosphatase against the background of long therapy in high doses;
• Others: dizziness, weakness; perhaps – change of tolerance to glucose, increase in serumal concentration of uric acid (at prolonged treatment using high doses).

Special instructions

During drug use by the patient it is recommended to show extra care at control of vehicles and mechanisms, and also performance of potentially dangerous types of activity.

Medicinal interaction

The concomitant use of Xantinoli nicotinas can sharply strengthen effect of strophanthin, beta and alpha adrenoblockers, ganglioblokator, alkaloids of an ergot, sympatholytics.
