Капсулы Перфектил Perfektil – the polyvitaminic drug of the combined structure containing vegetable components micro and macrocells.

Form of release and structure

Drug in the form of capsules is produced: firm gelatinous, brown color, with the white Vitabiotics logo and the sign "Ω\" on a cover and a text of "Perfectil" ^®– on the case; contents of capsules – the small granulated powder from yellowish-brown till brown color with impregnations of granules light brown, white and reddish, possessing a specific smell, the size No. 0 (in packs cardboard on 2 blisters containing 15 capsules).

The active ingredients which are contained in 1 capsule:

Vitamin D (Kolekaltsiferol) – 0,0025 mg (100 International Units);
D - Alpha Tocopheryl succinate – 42 mg that corresponds to the content of α-tocopherol ((((((((((vitamin E) – 40 mg;
Ascorbic acid – 31,2 mg that corresponds to the content of vitamin C – 30 mg;
Thiamin mononitrate – 12 mg that corresponds to 10 mg _{of B1 vitamin};
_{B2 vitamin}(Riboflavinum) – 5 mg;
Niacinamide – 18 mg;
_{B6 vitamin} (Piridoksina chloride) – 20 mg;
Folic acid – 0,5 mg;
_{B12 vitamin} (Cyanocobalamine) – 0,009 mg;
Biotin – 0,045 mg;
Calcium pantothenate – 40 mg;
Gland fumarates – 37,9 mg that corresponds to 12 mg of iron;
Magnesium oxide – 82,9 mg that corresponds to 50 mg of magnesium;
Sulfate zinc hydrate – 41,3 mg that corresponds to 15 mg of zinc;
Potassium iodide – 0,261 mg that corresponds to 0,2 mg of iodine;
Sulfate manganese hydrate – 6,15 mg that corresponds to 2 mg of manganese;
Sulfate copper hydrate – 5,6 mg that corresponds to 2 mg of copper;
Silicon dioxide – 6,4 mg that corresponds to 3 mg of silicon;
Chrome (Chelate complex of 10%) – 0,05 mg;
Sodium selenate – 0,24 mg that corresponds to 0,1 mg of selenium;
Cystine – 10 mg;
Betakaroten – 5 mg;
Paraaminobenzoic Acid (P.A.B.K.) – 30 mg;
Purple cone-flower extract – 195 mg;
Extract of a bardana (burdock) – 80 mg.

Auxiliary components: gelatin, titanium dioxide, the water purified dyes ferrous oxide black and red.

Indications to use

Perfektil is applied to therapy of the expressed vitamin deficiency, micro and macrocells at the following dermatological diseases and states:

The increased fragility of nails;
Change of structure of hair;
Dryness of integuments;
Injuries of skin (grazes, cuts, burns, etc.);
Psoriasis;
Dermatitis, including eczematic;
Alopecia.

Contraindications

Perfektil it is contraindicated to apply at hypervitaminoses and the known hypersensitivity to any of the components which are a part of drug.

Route of administration and dosage

The polyvitaminic complex should be accepted inside after food (preferably) or during meal: to swallow of capsules entirely and to wash down with 1 glass of water.

The standard course of treatment means reception on 1 capsule a day within 30 days.

If there is a need, the doctor recommends carrying out repeated courses.

Side effects

Usually Perfektil is had well. In some cases there is a probability of development of allergic reactions.

Special instructions

Due to the existence in structure of iron preparation coloring a calla in black color is possible. This reaction is considered within norm and is not a reason for the treatment termination.

At Perfektil's reception in high doses Riboflavinum which is contained in its structure paints urine in bright yellow color.

Polyvitaminic means can be applied during pregnancy and feeding by a breast.

Due to the possible influence on results drug should be cancelled some days before carrying out the next researches by means of a colorimetric method: determination of content in blood and urine of inorganic phosphates, uric acid, creatinine and/or glucose.

Medicinal interaction

There are no data on possible pharmacokinetic interaction of Perfektil with other drugs and medicinal substances.

Terms and storage conditions

To store at a temperature up to 25 ºС. To protect from children.

Period of validity – 3 years.
