  • Plantain and tarragon – 10 g of dry leaves of a plantain, 8 g of a tarragon to make a glass of boiled water, to cook 5 min. on weak fire, 20 min. to insist;
  • The dried peel of orange and catnip lemon – 7 g of a dried peel and 10 g of leaves of a catnip to make 1,5 glasses of boiled water, to wrap up, insist 10-15 min., to filter;
  • Jasmine and thyme – jasmine flowers (15 g), a thyme (7 escapes) to fill in 1,5 glasses of boiled water, to cook on slow fire of 3-4 min., to insist 12-15 min.

It is optimum to accept the teas prepared according to national recipes as well as any other with laxative and diuretic effect, short (up to 10 days) courses, with obligatory breaks in 5-7 days. It is necessary that kidneys and intestines did not get used to forced stimulation and did not cease to function normally.
