Reltser – the antiacid drug promoting reduction of a meteorism.

Form of release and structure

• Tablets: a round form, flat, light brown color with a mramornost, with a facet, possess a specific smell (on 4 or 10 pieces in planimetric bezjyacheykovy packaging, in a pack cardboard 5 or 1 packaging respectively);
• Suspension for intake: viscous, white color with a brown-yellowish shade, with a smell of mint and banana (on 180 ml in plastic bottles, in a pack a cardboard 1 bottle complete with a measured glass).

Active agents as a part of 1 tablet:

• Extract of roots of a glycyrrhiza dry deglitsirrizirovanny – 400 mg;
• Magnesium hydroxide – 250 mg;
• Aluminum the hydroxide which is dried up – 250 mg;
• Simetikon – 40 mg.

Auxiliary components of tablets: K30 povidone, magnesium stearate, methylparahydroxybenzoate (methylparaben), sodium saccharinate, starch corn, пропилпарагидроксибензоат (propylparaben), sucrose, talc, cocoa beans, oil of leaves of a peppermint, oil of seeds of an anise.

Active agents as a part of 5 ml of suspension:

• Hydroxide aluminum gel – 6000 mg;
• Powder of roots of a glycyrrhiza naked – 400 mg;
• Simetikon – 100 mg;
• Magnesium hydroxide – 80 mg.

Suspension excipients: sodium citrate, Natrium benzoicum, methylparaben, sodium saccharinate, sodium hydroxide, propylparaben, sodium hypochlorite, sorbitol, бронопол, the guar pitch, water purified peppermint oil, fragrance banana.

Indications to use

For both dosage forms:

• Discomfort and pains in epigastriums, dispepsichesky symptoms (heartburn, an eructation with acid smack) at errors in a food/diet, the excess use of coffee, alcohol and/or nicotine;
• Peptic ulcer of a stomach and 12-perstny gut in an aggravation phase;
• Reflux esophagitis;
• Hernia of an esophageal opening of a diaphragm.

In addition:

• For tablets: treatment and prevention of dispepsichesky frustration owing to use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and glucocorticosteroids;
• For suspension: a duodenitis, acute gastritis, an exacerbation of chronic gastritis, including with the increased secretory function.

Contraindications

• Alzheimer's disease;
• Hypophosphatemia;
• The expressed renal failures;
• Intolerance of fructose;
• Children's age up to 10 years;
• Pregnancy;
• Lactation period;
• Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Route of administration and dosage

Reltser it is necessary to accept inside after meal and in the evening before going to bed or as necessary (when developing heartburn, pains and discomfort in epigastriums).

Tablets need to be chewed and washed down with water, – to homogenize suspension before reception, stirring up a bottle.

To adults and teenagers 15 years are more senior appoint 1-2 tablets or on 5-10 ml of suspension (1-2 tsps) 3-4 times a day.

To children of 10-15 years about ½ doses for adults are recommended to accept.

Treatment duration – 14 days. Longer administration of drug is possible only on doctor's orders.

Side effects

• From water and electrolytic balance: hypocalcemia, hypophosphatemia, hypercalcuria, gipermagniyemiya, giperalyuminiyemiya;
• From the alimentary system: change of flavoring feelings, nausea, stomach spasms, lock, vomiting;
• From a musculoskeletal system: osteoporosis, osteomalacy;
• From an urinary system: renal failure, nephrocalcinosis;
• Others: allergic reactions, encephalopathy; patients with the accompanying renal failure have a hyporeflexia, a lowering of arterial pressure, thirst.

Special instructions

At prolonged treatment (more than 14 days) the patient has to be under constant control of the doctor.

In need of simultaneous use of other medicines between receptions it is necessary to observe 1-2-hour intervals.

Medicinal interaction

Reltser reduces and slows down absorption of the following drugs: hinolona (including norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, эноксацин, ofloxacin, грепафлоксацин), beta adrenoblockers, antibiotics of a tetracycline row, blockers histamine _{H2 receptors}, bile acids (chenodesoxycholic and ursodezoksikholevy), indirect anticoagulants, iron preparations and a lity, barbiturates, salicylates, indometacin, digoxin, diflunizat, Phenytoinum, an isoniazid, Penicillaminum, rifampicin, лансопразол, Dipiridamolum, пивампициллин, зальцитабин, мексилетин, фексофенадин, tsefpodoksy, quinidine, azithromycin, кетоконазол, Chlorpromazinum.

M-holinoblokatory slow down gastric emptying, than extend and strengthen Reltser's action.

At a concomitant use of drugs in kishechnorastvorimy forms of release change of pH of a gastric juice (owing to more alkali reaction) can cause the accelerated destruction of a cover and, as a result, irritation of a mucous membrane of a stomach and a 12-perstny gut.

Terms and storage conditions

To store in protected from light, the place, dry, unavailable to children, at a temperature not above 25 °C.
