Autoradiografiya
Autoradiografiya (Greek autos – own, the same + lat. radio – to radiate + Greek grapho – to represent, write; synonym: a radioautografiya) – a way of registration alpha and beta radiations by means of photoemulsion materials; it is based on photochemical impact of ionizing radiation; it is applied to studying of distribution and accumulation of radioactive isotopes in fabrics and bodies, and also their removal from an organism.
Allocate:
- Autoradiografiya contrast – measures changes of optical density of photographic materials;
- Autoradiografiya trace – under a microscope is counted number of tracks alpha and beta particles in a photographic material.
