Bastian law (N. Ch. Bastian, the English neuropathologist, 1837-1915) – formation of a flaccid paralysis of legs and fading of tendon jerks against the background of high (it is higher than the level of reflex arcs) cross damage of a spinal cord, is the most frequent when traumatizing its chest and cervical department.
