Borodino method

Borodino a method (A. P. Borodin, the domestic chemist and the composer, 1833-1887) – the way of quantitative definition of urea which is based on establishment of size of the potassium hypobromite of gaseous nitrogen which is emitted at its decomposition with alkalescent solution; it is used for definition in blood and urine of concentration of urea.
