Furrow of a cross sine [sulcus sinus transversi – PNA (The anatomic nomenclature Parisian); sulcus transversus – BNA (The anatomic nomenclature Basel), JNA (The anatomic nomenclature Yenskaya); synonym: the cross furrow] – the dredging located on the internal (concave) surface of an occipital bone in which is placed the venous sine of the same name.
