Advantages and shortcomings of vinir

Types of vinir

It is possible to refer their fragility, depressurization of edges of restoration and pigmentation of borders of restoration to shortcomings of composite plates eventually. Composite vinira are characterized by the small durability and the small masking ability at essential discoloration of tooth. They are unstable to perception of alcohol-containing substances. Composite restoration can serve to the patient from three to nine years. Service life of composite plates depends on the level of care of an oral cavity, and also on a functional load on plates.

Ceramic vinira are considered the most hygienic, sparing and long-lasting today. They are very easily cleared. On them the plaque is practically not formed. According to physical characteristics ceramic vinira are very similar to an adamantine substance of tooth.

Ceramic plates are made in laboratory. At first the doctor sends a print of teeth of the patient to dental laboratory. In laboratory ceramic винир it is made in the classical way (by stratification of ceramic powders), a press ceramics method (casting under pressure) or method of milling and tselnolity blocks. After coloring of the made vinir special paints (according to color of the next teeth) ceramic винир it is fixed by cement on tooth.
