Basis of a diet of a diet is low-calorie food in the liquid state and water. Such food satisfies hunger better and quicker is digested, and water is necessary for effective weight loss.

Principles of a liquid diet:

  • Liquid is used each hour on 200-250 ml;
  • Vegetable and fruit juice is diluted with water in a proportion 3:1;
  • Salt is excluded from a diet;
  • Volume used during a day of liquid should not exceed 3,5 l.

Duration of a liquid diet – 1-2 weeks. It is not recommended to carry out a diet without preparatory and final stages, each of which has the menu, otherwise the risk of emergence of problems with a stomach and intestines is high.

Menu

Important component of the daily menu of a liquid diet is chicken broth. The following ingredients will be necessary for its preparation:

  • Low-fat chicken meat – 300-400 g;
  • Carrots of the average size – 1 piece;
  • Greens (parsley, fennel, green onions).

Preparation of broth: meat of chicken is washed and filled in with 2 liters of water, brought to boiling, remove foam and cooked within an hour. In 10 minutes prior to the end of cooking add the carrots cut by pieces before removing broth from fire, add small cut greens. Ready broth is filtered.

First day

The second breakfast (10:15) – milk (200 ml).

Lunch (13:00) – buckwheat cereal without oil, boiled beef (100 g), greens (cilantro, fennel, parsley).

Afternoon snack (16:00) – cashew nutlets (10 pieces).

Dinner (19:00) – mashed potatoes with milk without addition of salt and butter.

Before going to bed – kefir (200 ml).

Third day

The first breakfast (8:00) – liquid mashed potatoes without salt and milk (200 g).

The second breakfast (10:15) – tea from a camomile.

Lunch (13:00) – grated carrots (200 g) with honey (1 tablespoon).

Afternoon snack (16:00) – kefir (200 ml).

Dinner (19:00) - liquid mashed potatoes without salt and milk (200 g).

Before going to bed – kefir (200 ml).
