Administration Instructions
Aertal – the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug applied to removal of an inflammation, heat, pain at rheumatism, reduction of constraint of joints in the mornings and their swellings.

Aertal is indicated for pain relief and reduction of inflammation in the following conditions:
Aertal is also effective for treating dental abscesses.
The topical cream suppresses edema and erythema regardless of the underlying inflammation, providing local analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
Aertal is contraindicated for children under 18 years of age.
Use with caution in patients with kidney disease, liver disease, gastrointestinal disorders, bronchial asthma, hypertension, ischemia, chronic liver and/or renal failure, diabetes, peripheral artery disease, advanced age, alcohol abuse, nicotine use, or long-term intake of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
Contraindications for topical Aertal cream include compromised skin integrity at the site of application.
Aertal tablets should not be chewed or crushed. The prescribed therapeutic dosage averages 100 mg daily (2 tablets), administered in two divided doses (morning and evening).
Aertal powder for oral administration may be used to prepare a suspension when rapid pain relief is needed. For the treatment of these conditions, administer one bag in the morning and one in the evening. To prepare the suspension: dissolve the contents of the packet in 40–60 mL of water and consume the mixture immediately.
Aertal cream is intended for external use only; do not apply under occlusive bandages.
Cream is rubbed by the easy movements on area of possible defeat 3 times a day in quantity at the rate of 1,5-2,0 g (about a size of a pea) on 5-7 cm2 of a body surface.
Use of Aertal may adversely affect various organ systems:
Aertal may reduce the efficacy of antihypertensive medications and diuretics. When combined with potassium-sparing diuretics, it can cause hyperkalemia or hyperglycemia.
The risk of adverse effects increases when Aertal is used concurrently with glucocorticosteroids or other nonsteroidal drugs. Additionally, the drug may increase the nephrotoxicity of cyclosporine.
Exercise caution in patients with renal, hepatic, or cardiac failure, as well as those at risk for developing hyposthenuria.
Use Aertal cautiously alongside diuretic therapy in elderly patients due to an increased risk of hypovolemia.
Patients with fructose intolerance should not be prescribed acyclofenac powder, as it contains 2640 mg of sorbitol, which may provoke gastric disturbances or diarrhea.
Patients with phenylketonuria must be aware that each powder sachet contains 5.61 mg of phenylalanine.
Patients should avoid operating complex machinery or driving vehicles if they experience dizziness, weakness, or other central nervous system disturbances while taking Aertal.
