Gepatosan
Application instruction:
Gepatosan – drug with detoksitsiruyushchy and gepatoprotektivny action.
Form of release and structure
Gepatosan release in the form of capsules: gelatinous firm, No. 0, from yellow color the case and a lid; contents of capsules – the light brown powder having a specific smell (on 10, 20 or 30 pieces in plastic containers, on 1 container in a cardboard pack).
Active agent is a part of 1 capsule: the cells of a liver of a donor pig which are dried up sublimatsionno – 200 mg.
Structure of a gelatin capsule: titanium dioxide – 1,333%, quinolinic yellow dye – 0,9197%, yellow sunset dye – 0,0044%, gelatin – to 100%.
Indications to use
- Cirrhosis of various genesis;
- Liver failure of an acute and chronic current;
- Hepatopathies of a chronic current (hepatoses, hepatitises);
- Poisonings;
- Damages of a liver of a medicinal and alcoholic etiology;
- Digestion process disturbance (along with other medicines).
Contraindications
Contraindication to Gepatosan's reception is hypersensitivity to drug components.
Route of administration and dosage
Gepatosan accept inside, washing down with a small amount of water, it is more preferable – in 15-20 minutes prior to meal.
The mode of dosing is defined by indications:
- Liver failure (acute current): 2 times a day on 2 capsules, course duration – 10 days;
- Liver failure (chronic current): 2 times a day on 2 capsules, course duration – 20 days. Depending on disease severity and a clinical current according to the recommendation of the doctor repetition of medical courses is possible;
- Cirrhosis (in a decompensation stage): 3 times a day on 2 capsules for 10 days, then 2 times a day on 1 capsule for 14 days. For decrease in intoxication at patients with cirrhosis appoint constantly 1-2 capsules a day.
Side effects
During performing therapy allergic reactions can develop.
Special instructions
It is not necessary to exceed the dosing mode appointed in the instruction without approval of the doctor.
Before Gepatosan's use, and also in cases of development of uncharacteristic symptoms it is necessary to consult at the doctor.
Medicinal interaction
There is no information on Gepatosan's interaction with other medicines.

To store in protected from light, the place, dry, unavailable to children, at a temperature up to 20 °C.
