  • Fermented milk products;

  • Green tea, black coffee, still mineral water, grass broths and infusions, occasionally glass of natural dry wine.

Salt is allowed in a small amount, it needs to be reduced every day.

First breakfast

Dinner

200 ml of kefir or yogurt without additives.

Useful tips

Council 1: It is recommended in 10-15 minutes before each meal to drink a glass of the warmed-up water.
