Atherocalcinosis (atherocalcinosis; Greek athere – liquid porridge, gruel, adjournment of soft, pasty substances + calcium + Greek - Usis (словообраз. a suffix) – a disease) – calcification of atherosclerotic plaques of vessels; it is observed at late stages of development of atherosclerosis.
