Drum tubule

Drum tubule (canaliculus tympanicus – definition in system of anatomic terms: PNA (The anatomic nomenclature Parisian), BNA (The anatomic nomenclature Basel), JNA (The anatomic nomenclature Yenskaya)) – the bone thin channel in a pyramid of a temporal bone originating from stony dredging on the lower surface of a pyramid, entering a drum cavity and getting on a front part of a surface of a pyramid; serves for pass drum and small stony nerves.
