Ventrisol

Ventrisol – drug with antiulcerous action.

Form of release and structure

Ventrisol is issued in the form of tablets, coated (on 16 pieces in blisters, on 2 blisters in a cardboard pack).

Active ingredient is a part of 1 tablet: dicitrate a bismuth trikaliya – 120 mg.

Indications to use

  • The inflammation of a mucous membrane of a stomach connected with Helikobakter of a pilora (Helicobacter pylori);
  • Peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum.

Contraindications

  • Acute gastritis;
  • The expressed functional disturbances of kidneys;
  • I trimester of pregnancy;
  • The lactation period (in need of use of drug it is necessary to refuse breastfeeding);
  • Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Route of administration and dosage

Ventrisol accept inside.

Use of one of the dosing modes is possible:

  • On 1 tablet 4 times a day: 3 times in 30 minutes prior to food and in 2 hours after the last meal;
  • On 2 tablets 2 times a day (in 30 minutes or in 2 hours after food).

Course duration – is not less than 28 days.

To children Ventrisol usually appoint 7-8 mg/kg a day.

Side effects

During Ventrisol's use vomiting and nausea can develop.

Special instructions

Simultaneous use with other vismutsoderzhashchy medicines is not recommended.

Duration of a course of therapy should not exceed 56 days.

During administration of drug it is not recommended to use beer, milk and carbonated drinks.

Medicinal interaction

At simultaneous use of Ventrisol with some medicines there can be following effects:

  • Tetracyclines: decrease in their absorption;
  • Kislotoneytralizuyushchy means: reduction of effect of Ventrisol (these drugs it is necessary to accept with an interval not less than 30 minutes).

Terms and storage conditions

To store in protected from light, the place, dry, unavailable to children.

Period of validity – 2 years.
