Wobenzym

Wobenzym – drug of antiedematous, antiagregantny, antiinflammatory, immunomodulatory and fibrinolitic action.

Form of release and structure

Wobenzym is produced in the form of the tablets covered with a kishechnorastvorimy cover, red-orange color, biconvex, round, with a characteristic smell and a smooth surface (on 20 pieces in blisters, on 2 or 10 blisters in a cardboard box; on 800 pieces in polyethylene bottles).

Active agents are a part of 1 tablet:

• Papain – 90 units of Federation International Pharmaceutical (PIECE (FIP));
• Pancreatinum – 345 proteolytic units of the European Pharmacopoeia (прот. EF PIECE);
• Bromelain – 225 PIECES (FIP);
• Rutoside trihydrate – 50 mg;
• Lipase – 34 PIECES (FIP);
• Trypsin – 360 PIECES (FIP);
• Chymotrypsin – 300 PIECES (FIP);
• Amylase – 50 PIECES (FIP).

The excipients which are a part of drug: pitch, magnesium stearate, monohydrate of lactose, a macrogoal 6000, corn starch, the purified water, stearic acid, silicon dioxide high-disperse, talc, sucrose, calcium carbonate, methacrylic acid and methylmethacrylate copolymer (1:1), titanium dioxide, povidone, triethyl citrate, the vanillin bleached and karnaubsky wax, white, yellow-orange S (E110) and crimson 4 R (E124) dyes.

Indications to use

Wobenzym is appointed in a complex with other drugs at treatment of the following diseases:

• Gastroenterology – hepatitis, chronic inflammatory diseases of digestive tract, дисбиоз;
• Angiology – lymphatic hypostasis, a posttromboflebitichesky disease, thrombophlebitises, prevention of recurrent phlebitis, an endarteritis and obliterating atherosclerosis of arteries of the lower extremities;
• Dermatology – an acne disease, atopic dermatitis, a pruritic dermatosis;
• Gynecology – chronic and acute infectious and inflammatory diseases of genitalias (a cervicitis, a salpingo-oophoritis, a vulvovaginitis, an endometritis), complex therapy of not incubation of pregnancy of the II-III trimesters, a mastopathy, a gestosis, decrease in expressiveness and frequency of undesirable effects of replacement hormonal therapy, sexually transmitted infections; in a complex with antibiotics: ureaplasmosis, clamidiosis, mycoplasmosis;
• Neurology – chronic disturbances of cerebral circulation, multiple sclerosis;
• Cardiology – a subacute stage of a myocardial infarction, an angina of exertion;
• Oncology – improvement of portability when carrying out himio-and radiation therapy and reduction of risk of emergence of the accompanying infectious complications;
• Nephrology – pyelonephritis, a glomerulonephritis (along with antibiotics);
• Otorhinolaryngology – antritis, otitis, sinusitis, laryngitis (along with antibiotics);
• Pediatrics – atopic dermatitis, infectious and inflammatory diseases of respiratory tracts (pneumonia, an inflammation of upper and lower respiratory tracts), treatment and prevention of postoperative complications (bad healing of wounds, suppuration and local hypostasis, an adhesive desease);
• Ophthalmology – glaucoma, an iridocyclitis, a uveitis, a diabetic retinopathy, a hemophthalmia, prevention of complications after operations, an ophthalmosurgery;
• Rheumatology – reactive arthritis, a pseudorheumatism, a juvenile pseudorheumatism, an osteoarthrosis;
• Pulmonology – tuberculosis, a tracheobronchitis, bronchitis, obstructive bronchitis, pneumonia;
• The urology – prostatitis, tsistopiyelit, cystitis, sexually transmitted infections (along with antibiotics);
• Traumatology – inflammations of soft tissues, chronic posttraumatic processes, injuries, injuries in sports medicine;
• Endocrinology – a diabetic retinopathy, a diabetic angiopatiya, an autoimmune thyroiditis;
• Stomatology – infectious and inflammatory diseases of an oral cavity;
• Surgery – prevention of postoperative complications (hypostases, thromboses, inflammations), lymphatic and posttraumatic hypostases.

With the preventive purpose Wobenzym is appointed according to indications:

• Vascular accidents, microcirculation disturbances;
• Poststressic disturbances, failure of acclimatization and adaptation;
• Side effects of replacement hormonal therapy;
• Development of viral infections and their complication;
• Disbiotichesky disturbances at use of antibiotic drugs.

Contraindications

• The diseases connected with the increased probability of bleedings (thrombocytopenia, hemophilia);
• Carrying out hemodialysis;
• Children's age up to 5 years;
• Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Route of administration and dosage

Wobenzym is accepted inside, not less than in 30 minutes prior to food or in 2 hours after meal, washing down with water (150 ml). It is not necessary to get to the core of tablets.

Usually the adult Vobenzim appoint in the minimum therapeutic dose – 3 times a day 3 tablets a course of 2-5 weeks.

At average activity of a disease reception of 5 tablets 3 times a day, course duration – 14-28 days is shown. If improvement of a state is observed, in 7 days since the beginning of therapy it is possible to reduce a single dose to 3 tablets. To reach long-term effect it is recommended to conduct repeated therapeutic courses for 1,5-2 months after a 14-day break.

At high activity of a disease drug is accepted by 3 times a day on 7 tablets a course 21 days. In case of improvement in a week since the beginning of reception of Wobenzym the single dose is reduced to 3 tablets and increase course duration up to 1,5 months.

At it is long the current chronic diseases drug accept according to indications courses of 3-6 months with breaks of 14-28 days.

When carrying out the planned operations Wobenzym apply to the prevention of emergence of complications (an adhesive desease, a keloid cicatrix, an inflammation). 3 times a day on 3 tablets a course of 5 days begin to accept drug before operation. Therapy should be completed in 3 days prior to carrying out operation.

For increase in efficiency of antibiotic drugs and decrease in expressiveness of side effects, and also for prevention of a disbioz Wobenzym is appointed to all course of an antibioticotherapia by 3 times a day on 5 tablets. For recovery of intestinal microflora after the termination of a course of treatment antibiotics drug is recommended to accept within 7-14 days on 3 tablets 3 times a day.

As therapy of "cover" during himio-and radiation therapy for improvement of portability, the prevention of infectious complications and improvement of quality of life Wobenzym is appointed on 5 tablets by 3 times a day before end of a course of treatment. Further for immunity recovery drug is accepted within 21 days by 3 times a day on 3 tablets.

With the preventive purpose for increase in resistance to diseases, a threshold of adaptation and decrease in risk of vascular accidents and diseases, Wobenzym is recommended to accept a course of 3-6 weeks on 2-3 tablets 3 times a day. It is possible to repeat a course 2-3 times a year.

Drug is allowed children from 5 years. Wobenzym is appointed at the rate of 1 tablet to 6 kg of weight of the child, frequency rate of reception – 2 times a day. Duration of a course is defined by the diagnosis and a condition of the child and can vary from 2 to 5 weeks. To children from 12 years drug is appointed as well as the adult.

At treatment of infectious diseases at children Wobenzym is recommended to be accepted along with antibiotics for increase in their efficiency during all course of therapy in the dosage defined according to the weight and age of the child.

For increase in immunity and recovery of ecology of intestines after the end of etiotropic and antibacterial anti-infectious treatment drug is accepted by 2 times a day on 1 tablet. Children from 12 years should increase a one-time dosage to 2 tablets. The recommended course – 7-21 days. Duration of use of drug is defined by the doctor.

At recurrent inflammatory diseases at it is long and Wobenzym is recommended to accept often ill children 3-6 weeks 2 times a day on 2 tablets or in the dosages calculated proceeding from weight and age of the child. For achievement of improvement of a state and permanent remission at it is long and often ill children carrying out several repeated courses in a year 3-6 weeks with a break of 7-14 days is recommended. Duration of use of drug and a dosage is defined by the doctor.

Side effects

Wobenzym is usually well transferred on condition of observance of the main recommendations about its use: it is not necessary to get to the core of tablets, it is also necessary to observe intervals between administration of drug and food (in 30 minutes prior to or in 2 hours after food).

In some cases during therapy development of such side effects as was noted: minor changes of a smell and consistence a calla, vomiting, nausea, weight in a stomach, diarrhea, skin rashes in the form of a small tortoiseshell, an allergy to the components which are a part of drug. These symptoms pass at reduction of a dose or drug withdrawal.

The syndrome of accustoming and cancellation is not revealed even at long therapy by high doses.

At development of the side reactions which are not noted in the instruction it is recommended to cancel treatment and to see a doctor.

Special instructions

It is necessary to consider that at the beginning of Wobenzym reception symptoms of a disease can become aggravated. It is not necessary to interrupt treatment in such cases, it is recommended to lower a daily dose of drug temporarily.

At infectious diseases Wobenzym does not replace antibiotics, and increases efficiency, increasing their concentration in microbic colonies, fabrics and the center of an inflammation.

Drug is not dope and on driving of the car and performance of work, the physical and mental reactions demanding high speed, does not exert a negative impact.

Medicinal interaction

At a concomitant use of Wobenzym with other medicines cases of incompatibility are not described.

To store in the place, dry, unavailable to children, at a temperature of 15-25 °C.

Period of validity – 2,5 years.
