Application instruction:
Akriderm of group of companies – drug for external use with antibacterial, antifungal and antiinflammatory action.
Form of release and structure
Drug is produced in the form of white cream and ointment. Akriderm of group of companies contains in 1 g:
- 640 mkg of betamethasone of Dipropionas;
- 10 mg of Clotrimazolum;
- 1 mg of Gentamycini sulfas.
Medicine is produced in aluminum tubas on 15 and 30 g.
Indications to use
According to the instruction, Akriderm groups of companies apply at treatment:
- The simple and allergic dermatitis which is especially complicated by secondary infection;
- Diffusion neurodermatitis, including atopic dermatitis;
- Limited neurodermatitis, including idle time chronic deprive;
- Eczemas;
- Dermatomycoses, including candidiasis, dermatofitiya and multi-colored deprive.
Contraindications
Akriderm is contraindicated to group of companies at:
- Skin displays of syphilis;
- Perforation of a tympanic membrane;
- Tuberculosis cutis;
- Open wounds;
- To chicken pox;
- Skin postvaccinal reactions;
- Herpes simplex;
- Hypersensitivity to drug components.
In the first trimester of pregnancy perhaps short use of means on small sites of skin according to strict indications. In need of treatment by drug in the period of a lactation chest feeding is recommended to be stopped.
In pediatrics cream is applied since 1, ointment – from 2 years. For children means is appointed with extra care and under medical control.
Route of administration and dosage
According to the instruction, Akriderm groups of companies in mild cases apply on affected areas of skin once a day, and in heavier – twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. Depending on portability of drug and efficiency of the carried-out therapy treatment can continue from 2 to 4 weeks. In the absence of improvement within a week it is necessary to change the scheme of treatment, or to specify the diagnosis.
It is recommended to cancel means after long use gradually.
Side effects
Side effects at use Akriderm by group of companies are shown infrequently. Treat the local reactions caused by drug most often:
- Xeroderma;
- Hypertrichosis;
- Skin itch, burning sensation;
- Irritation of skin;
- Steroid eels;
- Folliculitis;
- Different local allergic reactions (from a small tortoiseshell to a Quincke's disease);
- Hypopigmentation.
At long use Akriderm of group of companies systemic side effects can develop:
- Increase in arterial pressure;
- Increase in body weight;
- Hypostases;
- Hyperglycemia;
- Dysmenorrhea;
- Osteoporosis;
- Sleeplessness;
- Ulceration of a mucous membrane of digestive tract;
- Aggravation of the hidden centers of an infection;
- Hyperexcitability.
Use of occlusive bandages increases risk of development of system side effects.
Drug can cause a glucosuria, manifestation of a syndrome of Cushing and reversible oppression of function of bark of adrenal glands in children.
Special instructions
This means is not applied in ophthalmology. It is necessary to be careful not to allow its hit in eyes.
Prolonged use of drug with drawing on extensive body parts when using occlusive bandages can lead to development of atrophic changes of integuments.
In cases of emergence of steady fungal and bacterial microflora, and also hypersensitivity, it is necessary to cancel means and to undergo the corresponding therapy.
