Arthrosis of a temporal and mandibular joint (VChS osteoarthrosis) is the chronic dystrophic disease of joint surfaces and a meniscus of a temporal and mandibular joint accompanied with an inflammation and pain in masseters.
Symptoms of the Osteoarthrosis of a temporal and mandibular joint:
1. unilateral pain, usually ear or preear zone; this pain can irradiate to other areas, amplifies in the afternoon, especially during food
2. morbidity of masseters
3. clicks and the clapping sounds in an ear on the party struck a temporal and mandibular joint (VChS); sounds are followed by pain or morbidity in a joint
4. limited opening of a mouth or a deviation of a mandible when opening a mouth (at the same time these symptoms meet seldom).
Reasons of the Osteoarthrosis of a temporal and mandibular joint:
The osteoarthrosis of a temporal and mandibular joint meets at youthful age more often.
The youthful (pubertal) age is characterized by a number of the anatomo-physiological features which are mainly a consequence of age reorganization of function of endocrine system. One of manifestations of these features is the age disproportion of growth of a musculoskeletal system. During intensive growth of a bone skeleton growth of bones advances growth and functional adaptation of muscles and the copular device of joints. In temporal and mandibular joints this state is shown by development of various diseases of the joints pathogenetic tied among themselves. In literature of a disease of a temporal and mandibular joint of youthful age are described under the name: youthful arthropathies, the juvenile deforming arthrosis, a youthful osteoarthrosis.
