Syndrome of chronic pelvic pains

Description:

пСХТБ is the constant or periodically recurrent pain in a basin which is followed by dysfunction symptoms from the lower uric ways (LUW), intestines, generative organs of the man or woman. Needless to say, at patients explicit pathological processes (an inflammation, tumors etc.) which could be the cause of development of pains are not defined. According to localization of pain and an anatomic factor it is accepted to allocate vesical, urethral, penilny, prostatic, scrotal, yaichkovy, appendageal and postvazektomichesky pain syndromes. Thus, it becomes clear that it is about a set of the states striking single body or their some set for which the leading symptom is pain and as it is told above, can be a monosymptom or most often is associated with NMP and sexual dysfunctions.

Other important thing also follows from definition of SHTB: the considered syndrome belongs to poorly studied field of knowledge. Doctors have to exclude first the known diseases and damages for which pain – a possible symptom. And only at their obvious absence, the doctor can tell the patient that he temporarily defines his state as SHTB. It also means what the obvious reasons of pain is not found yet and the mechanism of its development is not clear.

Special attention needs to be paid to questions of diagnosis of the reasons of development of a syndrome of chronic pelvic pain.

Reasons of the Syndrome of chronic pelvic pains:

Treatment of the Syndrome of chronic pelvic pains:

Tactics of treatment of SHTB is based on results of the carried-out inspection, taking into account duration of a disease and earlier carried out treatment. In the presence of an infection of uric ways, bacterial chronic prostatitis antibacterial therapy, uroantiseptik is carried out. Patients with SHTB not of an infectious etiology have an antibacterial therapy of a maloeffektiv.

In therapy of SHTB the physiotherapeutic techniques improving a hemodynamics and a muscle tone in a small pelvis are widely applied. The physiotherapeutic office in our center is equipped with the modern equipment. After the carried-out inspection the physiotherapist will develop the individual medical program taking into account indications and contraindications. Physiotherapeutic methods of treatment and rehabilitation allow effectively, in a complex and safely to influence various reasons of development of SHTB (a hemodynamics, an innervation, a muscle tone) that in turn considerably accelerates recovery process. Also at treatment of SHTB techniques of reflexotherapy, a girudoterapiya, medical massage, complexes of physiotherapy exercises are applied.
